Overview

Test Call lets a provider run through a complete doxy.me visit on their own — no second person required. It drops a split-screen view into the call, with your provider dashboard on one side and a patient room on the other, so you can see both ends of the experience at once.

A guided walkthrough steps you through starting and testing the call. A “Test Patient” checks itself into your waiting room automatically, and the walkthrough advances on its own as the patient checks in and the call connects.

How it works

  1. Start a doxy.me call and open the Test call button in the sidebar.
  2. A split-screen overlay loads your provider dashboard alongside a patient room.
  3. A Test Patient checks into your waiting room automatically.
  4. Follow the guided steps to admit the patient and confirm your call is working end-to-end.

How to get started

  1. Install the app in the doxy.me app store.
  2. Start a call from your dashboard.
  3. Click the Test call button in the call sidebar to launch the walkthrough.
