Overview
The Questionnaires app lets clients complete PHQ-9 or GAD-7 screenings during a doxy.me video call. Once finished, you can download the results instantly for review or record-keeping.
How to get started
- Install the app in the doxy.me app store.
- During an appointment, click the Apps button on the Control Bar.
- Select Questionnaires.
