Overview
Dial In gives you a dedicated phone number that clients can use to join their sessions by phone. It’s ideal for reaching patients without reliable internet, supporting older or less tech-savvy clients, and expanding your accessibility to anyone, anywhere. You can answer incoming calls from your doxy.me dashboard.
To get started, a quick setup is required to assign your phone number. Contact labs@doxy.me to request one.
How to get started
- Email labs@doxy.me to get a dedicated number.
- Install the app in the doxy.me app store.
- Enter the phone number you received.
- Click Save.
